The mission of the KelticDead Music initiative is to find tunes and songs
from around the world that have Celtic, Folk, World, Americana, and Seafaring
origins, and arrange them into simple sheet music formats for folk musicians
to use, as well as provide links for the music that follows the arrangements to
help in hearing how it can be played. In addition, other links are provided for
the stories and possible lyrics about the selections within video-based, KDM
Broadsides for a music-education experience.
All the selections and sheet music content provided in the KelticDead
Music initiative are from traditional, made-public, made-public with credits, or
cited credits where applicable. Patrick O. Young, KelticDead Music.

Recently, several finds in Turkey indicate that the civilizations of
mankind in the Sumerian areas south of the Black Sea
(GobekliTepe and KarahanTepe) had survived a great global
catastrophe, approximately 12,000 years ago, and a full 9,000 years
before the Sumerian Empire began.
Finding a penta scale bone whistle in a cave in southwest Germany
has dated man’s knowledge of scales and music some 40,000 years
before that, and tales of the Tartarian civilizations are coming out of
Russia, Korea, and even parts of the United States showing a global
presence of highly civilized giants who flourished with other races on
the Earth some 100,000 to 200,000 years ago.
